Meet the Pastor
Pastor Dalton Williams and his wife Alyvia began serving Port City Faith in 2023. Before coming to Oswego, Dalton served as a Youth Leader and Associate Pastor with Family Life of Penns Valley in Centre Hall, Pennsylvania. Dalton received his Bachelor’s Degree in Bible and Theology from Global University Online, and obtained two master’s Degrees in Hebrew and Cognate Languages and Biblical History and Geography from Jerusalem University College, Mt. Zion, Israel, where he lived for two years.

Man is never as strong as when he is in community with fellow believers. PCF exists to provide the power of community to the body of Christ.
Discipleship: Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age. – Matthew 28:19-20
It is the expressed purpose of PCF to make disciples as Jesus instructed. The church has accomplished great marvels in the name of Jesus Christ, and it is our mission to raise a succeeding generation of believers to continue to accomplish the marvels of Christianity in the modern world.
Prayer: These I will bring to my holy mountain and give them joy in my house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all nations – Isaiah 56:7
Port City Faith exists to be a house of prayer. Corporate prayer as we call on God to heal our land (2 Chron 7:14); intercessory prayer as we stand in the gap for a sin-filled, broken world (Ezekiel 22:30); and individual prayer as we seek the Lord for our daily bread (Luke 11).
Missions: He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” – Mark 16:15

God has purposed to use the church to spread the glorious news of the risen savior. It is the mission of Port City Faith church to advance the Kingdom of God on earth and work fervently unto this end until the coming of our savior and King Jesus Christ. This is in part accomplished through the sending and support of world missionaries and missions as well as through humanitarian projects that reveal the loving heart of God to a lost and dying and world.
Worship: But an hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for such people the Father seeks to be His worshipers. God is spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth. – John 4:23-24
God created people for worship; people fulfill their highest potential when worshiping God. PCF exists to encourage people to passionately worship.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
1. We believe the Bible to be the only Inspired, Infallible, Word of God.
2. We believe in One God. The Godhead consists of three persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are the same in essence, equal in power and glory.
3. We believe in the Deity of Jesus Christ, in His incarnation, His virgin birth, His atoning death, His bodily resurrection, and His ascension to the right hand of the Father.
4. We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit in regeneration, sanctification, baptism, sealing, and filling; that He empowers all believers with spiritual gifts, for the building up of the body of Christ and the fulfillment of the Great Commission.
5. We believe in salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, to the glory of God alone.
6. We believe in One Church; the body of Christ built on the foundation of the Apostles and Prophets, Jesus Christ Himself being the chief cornerstone. God has called all believers to gather in local churches to worship and serve in community.
7. We believe in the two Sacraments instituted by Christ in the New Testament; Baptism and the Lord’s Supper.
8. We believe in the personal imminent return of the Lord Jesus for His saints. (Believers)
9. We believe the covenant of marriage is a sacred institution established by God, uniting one man with one woman in a sexually pure and committed relationship for a lifetime.
10. We believe in the sanctity of human life from conception to the grave; that such life is of inestimable worth and significance in all its dimensions.
